I laugh heartily at your take on it all (if only for a moment.) I am in agreement on most statements you make (especially about the cheese steak) and can really resonate with the feeling you have about being stuck. But, name me a time, after FDR, that we haven't been "Stuck" ????? The government is forever searching for something 'new' to sell to the people and we finally see it. I did not vote this election but, I must say, I had high hopes for Obama and the message he was delivering (hence the "High Hopes") but, it was just another ploy to get us in line to buy the oil you speak of. We will have great conversations in the future as I look forward to hearing your take on what government means from a biblical stand point. And how we, as Christians, should participate.
